The dormitory lights flicker during the midnight
shift. Nurse Elena Voss checks the supply closet,
finds a locked drawer. Inside, a leatherbound
journal dated 1923, pages filled with coded
symbols. The last entry reads: "The bloodline
must end here." She pockets it, unaware the lock

She locates the last descendant—a quiet student
named Claire, who has been having nightmares of
fire and water. They meet in the observatory,
where Claire reveals she’s seen the same symbols
in her dreams. Together, they return to the
chamber, but the door is sealed. A new rule
